OnzeServer is a private, non-commercial hobby server. By using anything on it you agree to these terms, which were ratified by the Committee, countersigned by the parrot, and read aloud to the sea, which did not object.
The Terms
- Shared, not yours. Access to any service on OnzeServer is personal and may be ended at any time, for any reason, including "the fish said so". Do not pass it on, and do not go looking for parts of the server you were not pointed at. The hat is floating for a reason.
- Fair use. Use the services for what they are for. Be decent to the other people who use them. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share. Brunch artillery is permitted only between 10:30 and noon.
- No guarantees. This is a home server, not a company. It may be unavailable, changed, melted or switched off without notice, and data may be lost despite backups. It is provided "as is", without warranty, and the operator accepts no liability beyond what the law makes mandatory. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; the sea keeps nothing.
- Privacy. How personal data is handled is set out in the People's Privacy Policy, which is binding, unlike the horizon.
- Law. Dutch law applies. Disputes are settled in the Netherlands, at 14:00, when the clocks are softest.
- Jasper's momma is not a party to these terms, as no single document can contain her.
